Develop and set-up surface mount processes that include the full range of surface mount components, board materials and process materials. Conduct DFM reviews prior to release to production. Debug machine software programs. Generate process set-up instructions. Specification and design of tooling. Knowledgeable of IPC Class 3 Workmanship Standards. Continuous end-to-end improvement of the assembly line process.BS Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science with 5/7 years experience in electronics manufacturing using both through-hole and surface mount processes.
