About the opportunity: Relevant Work Experience: +12 Years Career Level: Executive (Senior Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Job Type: Employee Job Status: Full Time Salary: 1,000,00-120000USD/Annual (Commission Base) Location: China( Shenzhen) Job category: Sales&Marketing Job Summary: Reporting to the VP Asia Pacific, lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, country objectives and market shares in China through a highly motivated, skilled and productive team of professional sales as well as improving operational efficiency. Fully responsible for the people management, coaching and development to achieve attracting and retaining talented employees objective. Principal Accountabilities: - Practice and promote company core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, pro-activeness, take one step in advance) and be a role model to other employees. - Together with VP Asia Pacific to develop, implement and execute strategic business plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets and business results. - Lead to achieve and exceed sales targets through professional execution of business plans and account management strategies; identifying and managing sales opportunities; developing new accounts. - Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationship with senior management of customers and generate sales leads by providing professional advice and consultation to influence customer's buying decision as well as responsible for customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers' needs and requirements together with customer support team. - Lead to generate new sales and lead the sales & marketing activities to maximize revenues. - Lead and manage the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, customer presentation, preparing configuration charts, quotations and proposals, to closing deals and following up with P.O./L.C. - An expert of market intelligent of China to provide advice and recommendation to management on business directions. - Professional handling of paperwork and administrative activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Contribute to the company operational efficiency and excellency by leading and sponsoring improvement projects. - Fully responsible for people management, coaching and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives. - Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other teams and departments. - Accountable and have the sole ownership to complete employee performance evaluation process and exercise before deadline. - Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required. - A team player with other divisions, product lines, departments and branches. The Candidate: - University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 12 years sales experience in SMT industry is preferred with at least 5 years at the management level. - Strategic business planning skill is required. - Excellent coaching and mentoring skill. - Proven track record of sales experience in China and Taiwan. - Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets. - High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language. - Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation and negotiation skill. - Strong account management skill. - A team player. - Domestic and overseas traveling is required.
