SMT Engineering Manager (Shanghai, China)

Responsibilities � Head & manage the SMT engineering team consisting of SMT engineers, EAs and technicians � Provide on-site support & expertise to resolve daily SMT engineering issues so as to ensure smooth & consistent production output & on-time delivery � Work closely with production on NPI projects, daily operational yield & productivity improvement activities � Play a key role in the introduction of new SMT technologies and processes to achieve optimum technological efficiency Requirements: � A Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent � At least 6 years of relevant engineering experience specifically in SMT equipment engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position, specifically in the electronics manufacturing industry � Must possess in-depth knowledge of the PCBA manufacturing process � Familiar with SMT equipments e.g. FUJI, DEK etc � Strong project management skills and total quality management experience � A good team player who is hands-on and possesses good leadership qualities � Able to read, write & speak Chinese & English fluently � Be willing to relocate to Shanghai, China
