Senior Procurement Manager

This position is available in Gaithersburg,MD. A BS degree is required. 10+ years in procurement from manufacturing enviornment, PCBA, bare beards manufacturing knowledge required, financial analysis in support of make/buy decision. The functions of this position are to locate, develop, and manage all aspects of the procurement process for turnkey products purchased by HNS from the contract manufacturing industry. Supervise subcontract procurement teams, develop outsourcing plan, CMS selection. The company will pay relocation and has a great benefit package to offer.
