Engineer II/III - 2nd shift

SMT contract manufacturing environment. Responsible for developing manufacturing processes to deliver consistently high product quality. Technical representative on Customer Satisfaction Team responsible for reviewing and implementing ECO�s, providing quotes for new product introductions, supporting all production runs to ensure world-class DPMO levels and performing DFM analyses. Review quality and product data to ensure conformance to specifications and goals. Work with the Operations Team to continually improve process yields. Generate process documentation packages to document manufacturing requirements. Must be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable interfacing with Customers to resolve quality and technical issues. Must have prior experience with Mil-std. Must have 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Contract Manufacturing industry with SMT experience and have a Bachelor�s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent. Experience with Valor tools a plus. Must be familiar with ISO 9001 requirements.
