Job Title: Plant Manager Job Duties: Plant manager will lead the overall activities of SMT plant and be responsible for quality assurance, productivity, cost control, workplace safety, employee development and maintenance of the facilities.The position is open for offices of both shenzhen of China and San Jose of California. Requirements: 5+ years� high volume manufacturing management experience. Familiarity with SMT production line. Hands-on experience with assembly and testing equipments. Communication skills, problem solving/decision making skills and leadership and team building skills.
