Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related discipline
  
• Minimum of BS in electrical, microelectronic, materials, chemical or mechanical engineering or related field
  
• Two or more years experience in lithography processing
  
• Ability to conduct guided independent process development
  
• Ability to independently drive completion of projects of a wide variety of complexities, within and across organizational boundaries
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
