Memory Architect/Product Engineer

We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Memory Architect/Product Engineer with minimum three (3) years hands-on design experiences on system level, board level, or SOC architecture in the areas of Storage Application, Flash or Non-Volatile Memory, Communication or Networking System, and PC Peripheral Devices. The major responsibility of this position is to identify, design Memory related products and file patentable innovations. Other responsibilities and qualifications including: �Participate/coordinate patent preparation, application and prosecution with patent attorney �Experience in drafting patent specification and claims �Ability to translate complex engineering concept in understandable writing manner �Excellent understanding/experience with flash controller and memory module products �Strong written and oral communication skills �Dissertation or Patent publishing experience �BSEE or BSCE required; MSEE or MSCE is a plus.
