Process Engineer

Production Manager/Engineer NAV-TV located in Boca Raton fl. seeks an experienced Production Manager/Engineer. Ideal candidate will be SMT programmer/operator for pick-and-place equipment in a manufacturing environment, have experience programming, setting-up, and running SMT placement machines, SMT processes, including screen printing and reflow soldering a must. Experience with Samsung equipment and selective soldering is a plus. Additional responsibilities include ISO 9001:2000 management system and keeping procedures and documents updated. Manage production and assembly team, development and control of processes related to the production of SMTand mixed technology printed circuit card assemblies, in low and mid volume and high mix environments. Ability to work with customers on the development and implementation of new products into our existing processes, as dictated by customer requirements.
