Direct Sales- Electronics Manufacturing Services

Job Title: Direct Sales Person (Orange County, CA) My client, a rapidly growing electronic manufacturing service provider in Orange County, CA has an exciting direct sales position available to help grow their new state of the art facility. The successful candidate will perform direct sales activities ranging from self generating leads, such as phone and physical cold calling; network referrals; drive by leads; and complex sales prospects. The territory is flexible although a thorough understanding of the Southern California marketplace is preferred. Candidates with recent direct sales experience with Southern California area contract assemblers would be an ideal fit. The compensation will consist of a base salary, generous commission plan, business related expenses and company provided medical plan. Travel will be required as necessary within the state of California. Candidate must have a strong understanding of the CEM Industry, as well as strong technical orientation in contract electronic manufacturing sales, printed circuit board assembly, cable assembly, and integrated box build. Iindividual must have a history of sales success in the contract manufacturing industry. *Documented success exceeding sales quotas. *Positive, persistent and competitive attitude. *Strong phone and personal cold calling experience and closing capabilities.
