General Summary: As the Surface Mount Manager at Keltech, you will be responsible for all production related activities for the Surface Mount area. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Schedule production and monitor efficiency to ensure production dates are met. 2. Review and recommend staffing levels and training. 3. Work with the Production Manager and VP Operations to define and implement equipment and resource requirements. 4. Optimize setup time and programs to improve overall equipment efficiency. 5. Review production and operating reports and resolve problems to prevent operational delays. 6. Understand, follow and enforce procedures, including ISO9001 requirements. 7. Manage department resources and budgets. 8. Other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required 1. 10+ years of progressive Surface Mount responsibility in an ISO environment. 2. BS in relative Engineering discipline desired 3. Experience with MyData and QSP equipment desired 4. Should be familiar with office software. 5. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. 6. Must have commitment to excellence. Self-starter, results oriented, and team player. 7. Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines.
