SMTMaintenance Engineer

Job Description: � Manage and perform preventative maintenance activities of equipment � Tooling order and management for production � Maintain efficient record keeping of PM records and calibration � Able to perform new equipment buy-off, set up and evaluation � Job Requirements: � Strong knowledge of PCBA (SMT and PTH) and Box- Build processes a must. � Knowledge in pick and place programming especially Fuji, GSM or relevant equipment. � Understand basic tooling requirements for PCBA process Job Responsibilities � Experience in DEK, Fuji CP4 and 6, Heller Reflow and Electrovert soldering machine � Experience in water soluble, no-clean and lead free solder applications in processes. � IPC, Bellcore, and JEDEC standards. � Statistical Process Control and / or Six-Sigma. � Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. � A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. � Candidate must have previous SMT Engineering background in CM PCBA.
