SMT Operator , SMT Set-up

SMT Operator Duties include machine set up and load, parts value verification, screen printing, hand loading, reflowing. Operator is responsible for aligning and hand placing parts on boards and working the reflow oven. Performs basic machine set up and programming from diskette. May enter information into database for stencils and completion of data for statistical process control (SPC). May also audit kits, hand load SMT components, and work in other areas when workload is restricted. Cleans machine and performs basic maintenance. Keeps accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will possess experience with GSM (Universal) and/or Mydata. Experience in maintaining and repairing MYDATA a definite plus. Minimum two years experience preferably on MyData SMT placement Machines Possess understanding of SMT set up with stencil; paste application and procedures Possess ability to identify components and values Possess understanding of IPC610 and/or J-STD-001 SMT - Set up Able to set up SMT feeders (GSM or Genesis) Pay rate: $14.00
