SMT Manufacturing Engineer - NPI

We have been retained to locate an ADVANCED MANUFACTURING (SMT) ENGINEER to be a part of this small, yet elite group involved in cutting edge product development. This is not your traditional “day-in & day-out fixing problems” type of role you will be pushing the envelope of very advanced technologies (experience placing down to 0201 preferred).  There is NO offshore manufacturing with this company – all products are made in the USA!

This well established and growing Company has a diverse portfolio of products and continues to reinvest in next generation technologies in a new state-of-the-art “green” manufacturing facility and infrastructure. There's no question they will allow you to grow both professionally and technically...so there's little chance you’ll be bored!

With your in-depth SMT knowledge your primary responsibility will be the introduction of next generation products (NPI), processes, technologies, electronics and equipment to production/manufacturing as well as keep up-to-date with advanced manufacturing technologies, tools and processes.
