Business Development Director

Our client company is a highly respected Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider that has an urgent need for a Business Development Director in the New England Region. A global provider of electronics design, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain services this company has one of the best footprints in the industry with facilities across North America and Asia. This growing company has been profitable for over two decades and has a very employee focused company culture with many long tenured employees!

In the position of Business Development Director you will be responsible for selling electronics manufacturing services to customers in the region that includes New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont. You will responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to identify and penetrate customers by utilizing your “hunting” sales abilities. The individual in this high visibility position will be a key contributor to the company’s growth in customer revenue within the New England Region!

The background requirements for this position of Business Development Director are:

*5+ years experience selling Electronics Manufacturing Services.
*Must currently be located within the New England Region.
*Proven success as a “hunter” with increasing customer base and revenue.
*Customer contacts in the New England Region area to hit the ground running.
*Ability to work unsupervised and remotely.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
