RF Engineer

Job description: Engineer is responsible for the design of RF, Microwave and support circuitry for miniaturized Rf/Wireless modules utilizing highlt integrated semiconductors and an array of substrate and packaging technologies. Will design, simulate and characterize components and functions individually and as a system including: Antenna switching topologies; impedance matching; baluns and couplers; Synthesizers (PLL & VCO combinations); filters; LNA's and PA's; and power supply and control circuitry. Additionally, will design RF ports, shielding and isolation. Skills/Requirements: BSEE, MS preferred, 5+ yrs experience in the design of RF/Microwave components and circuitry, preferably in a commercial enviornment. Prefer mix of simulation and hands on experience base. Knowledge of passive components as it applies to RF/Microwave circuitry and DC biasing in RF circuits.
