SMT Manufacturing Engineer

In the position as Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues to determine corrective actions and preventative maintenance procedures. You will work closely with all other departments to design work flow processes to improve efficiency on the manufacturing floor including the wave solder and pick and place areas.

The qualified candidate for the position of Manufacturing Engineer will receive a competitive compensation package and must meet these background requirements:

*3+ years of hands-on experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
*BS degree in an engineering curriculum preferred.
*Must have a solid technical understanding of the manufacturing processes of electronic assemblies.
*Solid background with SMT, DFM, DFX, work flow processes, and NPI.
*Prefer working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
