SMT Service Engineer

Duties:

Machine Maintenance Scheduling & Support

Client Site Installation Assistance & Service Calls

• Requires travel to customer sites in US, Canada and Mexico

Demonstration of Machine Maintenance & Performance

Customer Phone and Internet Support

Parts Stockroom Management & Oversight

• Review and organize stock room shipping supplies, cleanliness and organization
• Maintain parts inventory—inventory parts monthly-update lists

Part Order Processing Management

• Primary interaction for accepting orders and updating customers
• Track orders, update delivery and payment status on Parts Tracking Form
• Proper packing and shipping of part orders

Trade Show Travel & Setup

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Previous experience as an Electronics Tech or electro- mechanical background
• Strong understanding of computer hardware/software functionality
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
