QA/QC Inspector

We're a small PCBA firm looking for an expert QA/QC inspector to help improve our production process and manage all of our quality needs on our PCB assembly lines. The main responsibility of the QA/QC inspector will be to assess completed assemblies of Printed Circuit Boards and higher level assemblies.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for QC visual inspection of Printed Circuit Boards, electronic assembly, product assembly, sub-assembly and testing services per client specifications
Responsible for identifying and reporting product quality problems and suggesting workable solutions to ensure produced PCBs are functional and up to spec
Must be able to interpret and follow client provided documents such as drawings, procedures, engineering change orders, etc.
Perform basic soldering/rework
Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in PCB assembly QA inspection experience (no exceptions)
Ability to solder and fix mistakes on PCB
Ability to use basic inspection tools, understand product/client drawings, and compare/contrast finished products with client expectations
IPC-610 experience

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour
