This includes capital equipment justification, procurement and installation, vendor interface, hands-on process troubleshooting, and providing direction for technical personnel. Qualifications: Requires a working knowledge of solder paste, solder printing, surface mount assembly, laser trim, reflow processes and placement equipment. Requires an appropriate degree and previous experience in surface mount electronics assembly processes. Also requires effective communication and project management skills.
