Quality Control Technician

Our value added keyboards are produced in a variety of constructions and configurations, incorporating membrane circuit and conductive rubber switch technologies. Eastprint, Inc. is an innovative, full service, design and manufacturer of custom keypad assemblies. Responsibilities include: - Final Quality Control/Assurance inspection; - In-process roving audits; - Support the in-process inspection department; - Support the incoming inspection departmen, when needed; - Support of 1st piece approval process; - Responsible for all aspects of the RMA process; - Material Review Board evaluations and re-work directions; - Constantly striving to communicate quality issues in an effort to reduce scrap; Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Minimum of a High School Degree; Assoc. Degree Preferred; - Good written and oral communication skills within all levels of the company; - Able to make quick, well informed decisions regarding product quality; - Ability to interact with all departments within manufacturing regarding quality issues; - Detail Oriented; - A good working knowledge of electronic PCB assembly and/or Membrane Switch Technology is a plus; - Basic computer skills (Windows/MS products; - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; - Self-motivated/self-starter;
