Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager Will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the AP staff. Train and educate staff as well as develop metrics for measuring the performance of the team. Will review and audit AP activities. Identify and present solutions for process improvements. Plan, organize and define roles for AP team to ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. Will monitor and execute internal control procedures. Assist staff in researching and resolving issues. Must have BS in Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience. Oracle AP, BaaN and/or EDI experience a plus. Must have the ability to plan, assign and direct work and be a true leader. Will communicate with outside vendors to resolve issues. Must have strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel. Position is located at Columbia, SC facility.
