Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid level Manufacturing Engineer with excellent growth potential. The company, located in Fort Collins, CO, is first class organization with a very stable environment. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will support the efforts of the Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer and the Manufacturing Engineering department. Responsibilities: Evaluate current electrical production assembly processes and requirements to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement techniques and processes. Knowledge, Skill & Abilities: Must be able to influence design-in manufacturability of new products working closely with development engineering, and prepare and financially justify capital expenditure proposals. Qualifications: BS in IE, ME, IT or MME with 5+ years experience in assembly & test processing of electrical products. Thorough knowledge of process technologies, including single & double sided surface mount, through-hole assembly, wave solder, cleaning & conformal coating. Solid knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA & DFT principles, excellent interpersonal and team environment skills and solid computer skills. Facilitation skills, including conflict resolution and performance management a plus! This position requires hands-on experience and clear communication ability both with management and the production staff, out of the box thinking, innovation and enthusiasm.
