Engineering Manager

BSEE required. MSEE,MBA an advantage. Min. 5-7 years experience in management role. Should have experience in RF/Microwave, preferably in the area of frequency control products, such as VCO's, phase Lock Loop, etc. and their applications in customers' systems. Should have RF sybsystems, such as switched filter, amplifiers, filter banks, etc., and their application in customers' systems. SHould possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to motive others. Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, w/ an eye for accuracy. Limited travel will be required. Position reports to the Director of Engineering, and works closely with Director of Slaes.
