Plant Operations Manager - SMT Start up

Plant Operations Manager needed to start up new division of rapidly growing EMS provider in the bay area of California. Our client is known for exceptional quality and customer satisfaction and has the awards to back them up. They actively promote from within and have a business plan to grow into a tier 1 EMS provider within 2 years. This position will be responsible for moving into a brand new building and starting this division from scratch including: selection of all capital equipment, plant layout, staffing, and getting product into production. This will be a full turn key SMT organization capable of DFM through final box build assembly. You must be currently employed in the SMT industry You must have grown up through the ranks in the EMS industry from engineering to manufacturing to operations manager. 10+ years needed Proven hands on knowledge of all SMT manufacturing and plant flow. BS or Masters highly preferred. Position will offer base salary in the $130-165K range with 0-20% bonus and stock options.
