R&D Process Engineering Manager

Urgently looking for an Research & Development Process Engineering Manager. This expansion position has been created by continuous new business and the desire for my client to continue to be a leader in Process Engineering Development within the SMT industry. You'll be responsible for being an hands on manager while leading a team of approx. 5-7 R&D Process Engineers. Your charter will be to further develop advance technologies such as CSP, Flip Chip, Lead Free Solder processes. This position reports into a Director of Advanced Technology and will have the opportunity for you to write and publish articles, speak in front of the top OEM customers in the telecommunications, networking, PC and consumer electronics sectors. Base salary range will be from $110-135K with 0-30% bonus and stock options, full medical, dental and vision benefits and company matching 401K plan. Full relocation will be provided for qualified candidate. Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
