Global Account Manager

Our client is the world leader in automated optical inspection (AOI) systems for use in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCB) and flat panel displays (FPD) and is a leader in imaging solutions for PCB production and in AOI systems for use in electronics assembly. The company also markets computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) solutions for PCB production. We are recruiting a Global Account Manager to assume responsibility for worldwide management of global accounts headquartered in the U.S. Reporting to the President, the Global Account Manager will be responsible for development and execution of business plans, coordinating technology initiatives and overseeing partnership agreements across multiple locations, market segments and subsidiaries. We are seeking candidates witha proven track record of successful business development and customer relationship management involving large capital expenditures of technically advanced products. Candidates must have the ability to establish key relationships at the corporate level in client organizations and significant knowledge of the electronics assembly industry with experience in managing relationships with contract manufacturers or OEMs of electronic equipment. The position is based in Massachusetts and will require significant travel.
