�X Repairs major equipment breakdown/malfunction.
�X Implements routine equipment preventive maintenance program in accordance with the define procedures. Ensure that all PM schedules are promptly met.
�X Maintains record of equipment spares level inventories to ensure sufficient stock of critical and consumable equipment spares, and ensure zero stock-out
�X Recommended to the Equipment Engineer the spares required for purchase base on PM records.
�X Recommend modification of production equipment to improve product quality and productivity perform the necessary equipment improvements upon approval by his immediate supervisor.
�X Prepares and submit reports on job accomplishment and job turnover.
�X Provide training for other technicians and operators on proper operation, maintenance, PM and Calibration of the line equipment.
�X Performs other function as may be assigned.
