- Experience running automated SMT placement equipment. The operation, preventive maintenance and process assurance of a SMT manufacturing line.
- Repairs major equipment breakdown/malfunction of modular and turret SMT machine.
- Implements routine equipment preventive maintenance programs in accordance w/ the define procedures.
- Maintains records of equipment preventive maintenance schedule, downtime, calibration and history file.
- Monitors and checks equipment spares level inventories to ensure sufficient stock of critical and consumable equipment spares, and ensure zero stock-out.
- Recommends modification of production equipment to improve product quality and productivity.
- Provides training for other technicians and operators on the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of line equipment.
- Installation, leveling and setup SMT machine relocation.
- Optimization, programming and debugging programmed in SMT machine for new product launched.
- Enlist the education and training you possess to maximize efficiency, improve productivity and increase thru output.
- Experience running reflow oven and checking profile.
