-Design and specify Stencils using Gerbtool, Gcplace, Gcprevue

-Create SMT machine programs using Gcplace, Unicam

-Create Production Method Instructions using Unidoc, Digital camera System and Word

-Design and develop jigs and fixtures using ACAD R14

-Develop processes for Mixed technology board assemblies with FPDs upto 16 mils, 0603 chips, double sided .

-Process improvements , New product introductions, Building engineering prototypes

-Familiar with SPC, DFM, ISO 9000 / 14000, DOE. IPC standards

- Background in supervision, subcontract handling, project management

-Previous work experience in Semiconductor industry in assembly of ICs

- Familiar with new technologies : Flip chip, TAB, Smart cards, BGAs, DCAs, COBs.

- Trained on ACAD, Access Database, SMT Processes, Unicam
