-Manage all the testing and trouble-shooting issues of the Product.
-Worked as an Assistant Engineer from Development stage to the Production stage of the Products, which involves technical documentation, dividing the task between the team, interaction with the vendors, field trails conductions and interaction with Production team.

-Production planning and managing smooth operation of Automatic SMD component Pick and Place plant (ESSEMTEC CSM-7000) & Fully automatic Assembly line of Yamaha YV-100Xg, YM-100VP-II.
-Troubleshooting of different types of Microcontroller and Microprocessor based digital, analog and mixed signal boards.
-Complete Testing of the product on modular basis and as finish product.
-Electrical testing, functional testing, environmental testing on cooling and heating chambers.
-Field-testing of the systems in military bases and deployment areas.
-Dealing with the Assembling and Maintenance Quality of the Product.
