Lead the SMT process team department in determining optimum line configurations for new and existing products. Development of new programs and generating the sequence of processes, fixtures design, Carriers as needed, tooling requisitions, oven profiles, machines setup-change over, Generation of detailed assembly instructions, Problem statements, corrective actions and ECO implementations. Delegated and organized SMT Engineering department according to projects assignments. Manager of technical Department “Fotosol”, Rep Dom. 1997-1999: Troubleshoot and repaired circuits according with functional testing procedure. Repair and calibrated Kodak and Noritsu photofinishing machines. In Charge of repair and maintenance of 12 Fotosol branches, Keep all machines with high standard calibration and insure very low downtime to increase productivity.
