4 years of hands on experience in SMT manufacturing and Process Development where my duties include Programming of SMT machines for different PCBs, operation, process study and maintenance of SMT machines.. Reflow Oven Profiling, according to new designs. Responsible for Installation, Programming & process support for Agilent AOI (SJ50 Series II, 3 & SJ5000) Maintaining SMT machines process documents. Documentation follow up - Engineering Change Note, Engineering Change proposal, Process Change Approval, Check list, Profile study record Maintenance check list, communication with seniors, vendors regarding shortage materials, production status etc., Capable of implementing cost reduction, predictive and preventive maintenance practices, including process adjustments to increase both product quality and production yields. Key player in training opera & in building a most efficient technical team for Agilent AOI Support. Expertise in Agilent AOI software Programming for both Pre/Post & Mixed mode & hardware troubleshooting. Working in hand with customers to evaluate the machines desired for their process.
