                                                 Duties & Responsibilities (Equipment Technician):  Production line support, conduct setup and troubleshooting on handled machines such as COB and backend equipment.  Conduct Preventive maintenance on Production Jigs and pallets used.

Machine Handled: knowledge in Operation, Programming, Setup, Troubleshooting in:  Automatic Wire Bonder – ASM Eagle Extreme / ASM AB559 Wedge Bonder  model  Automatic Dispense – PROTECH P1000 & P1010 Model  Automatic Die Attach – YAMAHA I-CUBE 2  Reflow Oven – Heller 1700 EXL, 1809EXL & 1809 MKIII  Potting Machine – Double Bridge Technologies & Meter Matrix LTD.

                                                     Duties & Responsibilities (Process Technician): Trained to anticipate incoming process related issues that would lead to quality problems and production delays through machine/ equipment evaluation and simulation.  Attends to process engineering activities/ issues like quality, yields, process flow from Screen Print, test to SMT operations and its dispositions.  Monitors, verifies, analyzes, and give proper disposition on low yield devices and or QA rejected lots at SMT line. Analyze and Verified BGA material issue / evaluation on X-ray machine.

Machine Handled: knowledge in Operation, Programming, Setup, Troubleshooting in: Automatic Inspection Machines (AOI) – Marantz, Testronics & JT Model Screen Printing Machine (SP) – Panasonic SP-60, SP-28 & Minami Solder Paste Inspection Machine (SPI) – Kho Young KY8030-2, DJ-Tech & Parmi Reflow Oven – Heller 1700 EXL, 1809EXL & 1809 MKIII BGA Rework machines – ATCO 707 / Sniper Split Vision

                                                   Duties & Responsibilities (Equipment Maintenance Technician) Conduct Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) on all machine handled base on frequency such as Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annually & Annually PM Activity. Generates equipment checklist for new model/brand equipment and enroll them on the PM General Specification Procedure. Prepare Sub-Quarter Report on Analysis, Preventive Action & Corrective Action done of Predictive Maintenance Report per equipment. Asses’ equipment requirement for newly purchased / transferred equipment, for the set-up and qualifications. Assists Engineering evaluations and qualifications by performing machine set-up, parameter optimization and device programming. Machine Handled: knowledge in Operation, Programming, Setup, Troubleshooting & Total Preventive Maintenance of all handled
