Summary of Qualifications: |
1. Quality Function Management • Ensure timely inspection at incoming, in-process & outgoing stage. • Non-conformance review & reporting. • Decision making - Right disposal of Non-conforming material. • Determination of Vendor Quality rating (VQR). • Vendor visit planning, meeting & action plan for quality improvement. • Compilation of NCRs raised & follow-up with concerned functions for timely closure. • Follow-up CAPA action implementation & monitor effectiveness. • Planning and executing internal audit as per defined periodic intervals. • Establishing new procedures/instructions to be incorporated in Quality Manual. • Weekly/Monthly MIS preparation and reporting to all stakeholders. 2. Process Improvement / Change Management • Process yield improvement initiatives. • Implement Visual Management on shop floor. • Calibration Management for all testing equipment. • Identify improvement opportunities through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and listing NVAs. • Implementation of 4M Change Management System. • Align departmental objectives with organizational objectives through Cost-Effective Projects (CEP) & Quality Improvement Projects (QIP). 3. Customer Relationship Management • Customer complaint monitoring, recording, analysis & resolution. • Establishing key turn-around-times (TATs) for customer feedbacks and complaints. • Ensure effectiveness of CAPA taken against various complaints. |
