Summary of Qualifications: |
Work closely with production department in achieving production targets by continually supporting the production team. Setting up Process parameters for Critical process such as Solder Paste Printing, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, BGA Rework Profiles and optimizing the process with controls New SMT program introduction(NPI Qualification) for new products with better through put, high equipment utilization and less de-rating Preparing the procedures, work instructions, and formats for SMT and back end equipments processes. Preparing the FMEA for NPI process before transferring to normal production Analyzing BOM and Gerber Validation Responsible for SMT and back end equipments installation and qualification. Analysis of process failures using statistical approach and implement short term and long term corrective action Review all the customer documents related to Bill of Materials, AVL, PCB Gerber, Assembly drawing, manufacturing specifications, ECO/Deviations and special instructions along with the respective team for data adequacy for running the product. Development and modifying in-house jigs and fixtures to enhance the soldering process, manual assembly and testing process to achieve Quality and Productivity Responsible preparing the maintenance schedule as per machine manufacturers recommendation and company’s requirement. Responsible for carrying out the maintenance as per the schedule. Managing the spares inventory & records with respect to requirement. Coordinating with machine vendors for carrying the servicing of the equipments. Training the operators for operating the machines and maintenance. Train the technicians for solving the equipments break down problems and manufacturing process. Monitor and reduce cost for operating facilities Responsible for quality system in the function, manage and update relevant records and documents and preparing for internal & external audit. People management as per production and NPI requirement. |
