Surface Mount Machine Operator  Operate several machines daily in the front end production line  Continuous adjustments to machines and quality checks of that such product  Daily logs of production on computer and proper paperwork to document quality checks, production run quantities, machine change overs, hourly and daily production achievements, accurate downtime, Daily housekeeping tasks fulfilled throughout the day to keep all areas clean and organized  Knowledge in different Printed Circuit Board production machines such as,  EKRA Screen Printer, DEK Screen Printer, Pick-n-Place Fuji NXT, Pick-n-Place Fuji XPF, KOH-YOUNG (3D Solder Paste Inspection) and Reflow Ovens

Quality Control Inspector  Perform first article inspection and incoming inspection in front end production line, using proper method sheets and established procedures  Inspect for proper part identification and location  Maintain accuracy of documentation to achieve integrity of traceability  Communicate with technicians and engineers of quality issues  Operate AOI machine AGILENT- (Automatic Optical Inspection) 

Other Experience  Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Data entry skills Organization and planning skills Ability to follow instructions and execute appropriately Ability to work in high stress situations Skilled at operating  scanners
