Summary of qualifications

I am a self-starter, who thrives in dynamic team-oriented work environments. I apply sound engineering practices and have excellent analytical problem solving skills. I have extensive knowledge of the entire SMT assembly process from bare boards to boxed assemblies. Other key strengths include project management ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Currently employed as Senior Process Engineer for Motorola in the Piscataway New Product Introduction Center (NPIC). The NPIC is responsible for design and launch of PCS products from inception to manufacturing launch at a target factory. Job responsibilities include DFM reviews with design engineering, front end (SMT) process support for the prototype line, root cause analysis of defects, SPC metrics and cost reduction exercises from first PCB revision to released version. Due to a reduction in PCS workforce and a centralization of NPIC activities, I am forced to pursue other career opportunities.

Previously employed as Senior Applications Engineer at DEK USA, Inc. interfacing directly with large multi-national companies in understanding their requirements and providing engineered solutions. The position required full coordination between product engineering, sales, technical support and manufacturing operations in order to fulfill customer expectations and aid in the development of new products. This position allowed for the development of a strong rapport with lead managers internal and external to the company and proven project closure from concept to final product introduction. I voluntarily separated from DEK to pursue a career closer aligned to my engineering background.
