The SUSS MicroTec MA100RR Reel-to-Reel Proximity Mask Aligner is specifically designed for volume production of tape for tape carrier packages (TCP) and flex based chip scale packages (CSPs), like the �BGA. The tool can also be used for products requiring very fine patterns on flexible materials, such as flex based displays. The MA100RR offers � High resolution of better than 5 �m. This resolution is achieved by distortion free proximity printing, even on wide foils, without using extremely expensive exposure optics. � A high precision mask stage and specialized microscopes in combination with Cognex� pattern recognition allowing an accuracy of �5 �m or better with a maximum throughput of more than 850 prints per hour. With this option aligned multilayer processes are possible. � Field proven leveling and gap setting system of SUSS MicroTec mask aligners guaranteeing uniform printing results over the entire exposure area. � Standard tape width of 35 mm, 48 m, 70 mm, 96 mm and 105 mm (wider tapes on requests)
