Manufacturers of high-tech products must rely on scalable and efficient tools to test their products for final acceptance. In a controlled cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment, OEM�s must track specific attributes of their product assembly and validate them against a pre-defined qualification protocol. Proligent ATE (for Automated Test Execution) automatically or manually dictates step-by-step test execution while providing online guidelines and feedback to technicians. Test specifications along with test results are centralized and then diffused throughout the organization. A validation report is generated automatically, confirming the final acceptance of the product.
