Using SJ101 Flux, Si and Mn of welding seam hardly increase In the welding process, SJ101 belongs to metallurgy neutral. It has perfect performance, stable arc, excellent slag removal, high impact toughness at low temperature, welding can be done on AC/DC+.; connect the welding wire to positive electrode while welding using DC. ����Application: Suitable for welding X52, X60 and X65 grade pipeline steel, matching with wire (H08MnA, H08MnMo, H10Mn2 and H08C), can be used in the welding of several kinds of low alloy structure steel. Notice: 1. Before welding, flux must be baked for 2 hours at temperature of 350��. 2. Remove rust, oil, moisture and etc. from the weldment.
