Nylon Screws & Bolts Description:

We stock a large range of Nylon Screws across a number of drive types including Hex, Philips, Socket and Slotted along with head types covering Regular, Slotted or Countersunk (Cheese Head, Knurled and Slotted for Thumbscrews). Each Nylon Screw is manufactured from a high quality, lightweight form of Nylon to a specific DIN specification with most typical ones covered (DIN 7991, DIN 965, DIN 963). The use of Nylon is recommended over their Metal Screw counterparts for their extensive range of properties, as a rust proof, non conductive and lightweight solution that offers the same level of strength as Metal but without some of the draw-backs. For use in high performance installations, Nylon is often preferred thanks to its ability to be melted out of an application, where-as Metal  does not offer this level of flexibility.
