Tape Splice Crimping Tools Description:

Smart Splice offers several splicing tools to make tape splicing easier and more accurate. Our 2 models of crimping tools are designed to use brass clips in bulk, lead frame, or the easy to use clip and splice tape, to make splicing fool proof. Our tape splicing tools can be used with either paper or plastic tape, punched or formed pockets, any cover tape, and all tape widths. The clip and carrier tape are aligned and secured in the tools using sprocket hole locating pins and spring loaded clips. These tools are used for splicing any width of tape because the tape is secured facing away from the tool body. The consistency of the splice is not operator dependent because everything is locked in place by the tool.
