Fluxes Description:

• 1. Halogen-Free Flux

These fluxes comply with halogen-free regulations for the constituents. Activators contained are <1000 ppm (as per standards). They are no clean and eco-friendly with higher reliability.

1. Environmental-Friendly Flux

Environmentally friendly fluxes compatible for Pb-free applications have been addressing compliance of halogen-free and eco-friendly regulations, with relatively high performance in the industry.

1. No Clean Flux

No Clean fluxes with low solid contents are developed for wave soldering and SMD applications. It leaves no visible flux residue after soldering. We manufacture all products under stringent quality measures and world-class standards.

1. Rosin flux

These are used to improve performance in general-purpose soldering of PCBs, enamelled copper wires, transformers, and terminals in hand soldering applications.

1. Paste flux

This flux ensures excellent wetting in assemblies, components, printed circuit boards and general applications for touch-up and rework soldering.

1. Aluminium Flux

A highly active flux used for soldering aluminium alloy with non-ferrous metals which needs to be bonded with Aluminium Solder. They belong to the chloride-free organic family.

1. Stainless Steel flux

A water-based general-purpose flux used for soldering stainless steel metal. When applied, this flux removes metal oxides and other impurities from the metal to produce strong joints.

1. Water-based flux

Strong fluxes that are soluble in water, formulated with high active chemicals and non-corrosive in nature.

1. Battery flux

We manufacture fluxes that are halogen-free for automated battery manufacturing.

1. Radiator flux

We offer fluxes for soldering copper and brass radiators, for all sets of applications.

1. BGA Flux

The tacky-free flux is no clean used for BGA rework applications in mobile and semiconductor packaging.

Solar Flux

The residue free flux for joining of electronic substrates and components. A soldering flux composition that is excellent in solderability and can sufficiently suppress metal corrosion despite a very small residue after soldering, and a solar cell module using the same. An object is to provide an electronic substrate.
