Since more than 20 years, Hezel Elektronik GmbH has been serving the electronics industry, delivering machinery for the production of electronics: Test cells, line loaders/unloaders, board flip units, selectors, depanelers, custom design stations as well as simple conveyor units. We integrate standard in-circuit, functional and combined test systems into in-line test cells. We also produce manual test stations which may use the same fixtures as the in-line systems, saving time and money for - say - the test of repaired units while the in-line system handles another product in large quantities. A special test cell is designed for the test of hybrids. It very accurately positions a test head with a smaller amount of test pins over every single unit inside a panel, making sure the test environment for every single unit is the same, no measurement deviations due to different line lengths, crosstalk etc. will change your test results. We also offer custom designed functional and high voltage test stations, in-line or stand-alone. Our fixturing service for our own as well as third party test systems is fast, reliable and affordable.
