We offer BGA Reballing, Tape & Reel, Tinning and a diverse range of other support services to companies using electronic components, up and down the Space Coast and throughout America.
SemiPack offers a huge variety of manufacturing support services. We bake and dry pack to customer-specified MSL levels 1-5. SSI also offers PCB refurbishment, specifically BGA replacement with optical equipment to verify placement and solder bond.
SemiPack is well equipped to perform a variety of testing and counterfeit device screening services, and package assemblies for a diverse group of industries, including Medical, Mil/Aero, Defense, Industrial Automation and more.
