Offering: Monodisperse spacer grade microspheres, used in bond line spacing of electronic displays, flip chip technology, optics mounting, filters, microscopy, and electronic equipment. Precision narrow size ranges.
Monodisperse silica: offers precision sizes from 166nm on up to 7.8um for sub 10um bond lines. These are highly characterized and offer CV's as low as 2.5%.
Spacer grade solid soda lime glass microspheres are available with tight particle size ranges to achieve bonds lines from 15um to 219micron. Microspheres are supplied as a dry powder we recommend using ~5% by volume (~10% by weight) in epoxy bond lines.
We also offer our "classified" grades of glass spheres which offers bond line spacing from 22um on up to 1mm
Precision glass spheres of sizes from 0.7mm up to 7mm are availability in both borosilicate and soda lime glass, with polished diameters of +/-0.05mm.
