UL 1449 Recognition was received on our entire MAXPak� Series of standard High Current Transient Voltage Suppressors. These devices have an 8KA Surge Capability using an 8/20 �sec waveform and are rated up to 288,000 WATTS. Standard voltages run from 100 to 470 volts. Custom Assemblies are available using our MAX-20� Series Single 20KW TVS diode stacked and configured to achieve your unique voltage or power requirements. We supply the industry standard �Transzorb� family products, which include the series: SMAJ, SMBJ, SMCJ, SMDJ, P4KE, SA, P6KE, LCE, SAC, ICTE, 1.5KE, 5KP, 15KP, 20KW, AND 30KW devices. These TVS Diodes are available in all standard packages as well as in wafer and cell form. The company also offers the industry standard Two Terminal Thyristor (3T) Series. New Products Include HIGH ENERGY VARISTORS. The High Energy Series large tab-leaded Metal Oxide Varistors are designed to handle high peak currents up to 70KA (8/20 �sec) and have the ability to absorb large amounts of energy. Available in round (D) and square (S) shapes to allow mounting in various spaces and in bare disc form intended for special applications requiring unique electrical contact or packaging methods provided by the customer. The electrode finish of these devices is solderable and can be used with pressure contacts. Discs of the same diameter may be stacked. This Series is available in 32D (32mm), 40D (40mm) and 53D (53mm) single disc configurations. With the single square available in 25S (25mm) and 34S (34mm) configurations. The maximum peak current capabilities range from 25,000 Amps to 70,000 Amps. Varistor voltages range from 200 to 1200 volts. A broad line of Industry Standard Series radial-leaded varistors with wire leads and nominal disc diameters from 5mm to 25mm are also available. The maximum peak current capabilities range from 250 Amps to 20,000 Amps. Varistor voltages range from 18 to 1800 volts. These products are available in standard packages and also in bare disc form.
