JEMIC Shielding Technology

Located in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, JEMIC Shielding Technology manufactures and sells a variety of electronic shielding products. These types of products control and contain electromagnetic interference, otherwise known as EMI. One of our first product lines, which continues to remain a significant focus of our production, is our "fabric-over-foam" product line. Fabric-over-foam EMI gaskets consist of an electrically conductive fabric wrapped around and bonded to a foam core. These types of gaskets are available as both continuous profile gaskets and I/O gaskets. The foam is resilient and compensates for tolerances and variations within the seams and openings of an enclosure, ensuring an intimate, continuous contact. With nearly 30 years of combined engineering experience, JEMIC Shielding Technology's engineering and manufacturing managers have developed manufacturing processes to accommodate low and high volume runs. In addition to our fabric-over-foam profile and I/O gaskets, JEMIC offers shielding tapes, cable shielding, shielding laminates, board-level shielding and selectively coated, custom formable shields. We also have extensive in-house capabilities in the areas of assembly and value-added capabilities.
