Automation Custom Design Description:

Our personnel design, manufacture, assemble, program and validate all our equipment. They all have previous experience in the manufacturing side of the business, each with least 10 years of experience in this industry, and are therefore familiar with the requirements posted by our customers.

The projects we have designed and implemented, have been as simple as a single operation, but as extensive as 12 or more simultaneous operations in a single piece of equipment. Some examples of equipment in the field are:

• Simultaneous coil winding machine for electric motors.
• Assembly and test of windshield wipers with 6 motorized stations, 3 dispenser pumps, 3 oil bath stations, 3 test canisters, including the automatic insertion of parts to be assembled and tested.
• Oil sensors automatic test equipment.
• High speed TV remote control test stations (12 keys per second).
• Irrigation control test stations (Testing buttons, rotary switches, inputs/output measurements, etc.)
• Ultrasonic welding of bearing, and sorting station for automotive application
• Verification of angle of a sensor in an automotive application
• Preform lead unit for hall effect sensor.
• IN-line test equipment for TV monitors.
